What this is
Clutch Time is a guide. It shows which live sports are on, which services carry them, and opens those services. It does not stream anything itself and does not sell or include any subscription. Watching a game requires your own subscription to the service that carries it, under that service's terms.
Accuracy
Schedules, scores, start times and streaming availability are gathered from third parties and published rights and are provided as information, not as a promise. Blackouts, regional restrictions, add-on tiers, schedule changes and errors happen. Check with the service before relying on anything here, especially anything you're paying for.
Third-party services
The services, apps and websites the app opens belong to others. We don't control them, aren't responsible for them, and the Watch button's behavior depends on what each app allows. Their terms apply once you're there.
Trademarks
League, team, network and service names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify the games and services they stand for. Clutch Time is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Schedule and score data is sourced from ESPN.
Your use
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with the law and with Apple's App Store terms. Don't scrape, resell or interfere with the service behind it. Use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
As is
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jordan Lyall is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the app or anything it links to, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app, which is nothing.
Changes
The app and these terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may stop offering the app or any part of it at any time.
